We are experiencing HUGE issues in transitioning to a new service package on our providers. Really bad issues. I’m working it on three fronts, but it is not looking good.

I have a new ticket open with vbulletin’s engineers. All of our data is still there, but the software cannot sync to it, or even be reinstalled at this point. I am having them see if they can figure out why.
