CUSTOMS: Blizzard (by Templar Baggins)

From the workshop of TEMPLAR BAGGINS:

“As a kid, Blizzard was one of my favorites – ranking right along side Shockwave and v2 Rock n Roll. Awesome accessories were a huge plus to me at the time, so when I picked up a canceled RoC Arctic Duke from ebay, I did so with the intent of using most of the body for a Blizzard update. Flash forward about a year or so and I’ve finally gotten around to piecing him together!​

Here’s a breakdown of the parts used:

head = renegades duke with the hair and eyebrows repainted
torso = snow serpent
upper arms & legs = canceled roc duke
lower arms = blowtorch (thanks windcharger! )
webgear = snow serpent, modified
knife = gnawgahyde vest
neckerchief thing = unmasked comic pack beachhead
pistol, uzi & backpack = arah blizzard
helmet = sw rebel pilot, modified/repainted”
