Over the next few weeks, our data center will be performing hardware upgrades on batches of servers to improve performance. Your server is part of the next batch being upgraded, and we would like to notify you of the upcoming maintenance.
The maintenance window for this upcoming maintenance is 3 hours; however we do not anticipate more than 30 minutes of downtime for your individual server. Our data center’s technicians have performed this maintenance several times before and have established a process to minimize the outage period.
During this maintenance, your server will be gracefully powered down and have additional RAM installed. Upon completion, your network connectivity and power will be restored and your IP addresses will be maintained.
