Georox is a longtime friend of the site, always delighting and entertaining us with his commentary, jabs, humour and wit. Most of you know that he has been battling Cystic Fibrosis since long before we met him in 2012. Due to the cruel nature of his struggle, his liver is giving up the good fight and he needs our help to try and find the funds to get a new one inside; to keep his body running on long into the future. If you can donate anything, please do. If you can spread the word, please do as well. If you have prayers, or good thoughts, please send those as well.

See his mother’s words below, then click VIEW to read more, and see how you can help.

Stay strong, little brother.

From the desk of Geo’s mother:

“I’ve always said that asking for help is the hardest thing to do, but I cannot do this alone. My 25 year old son Nathan Hays has end stage liver disease as a result of Cystic Fibrosis. He was hospitalized in early June and on the follow up visit his doctor dropped the bomb that he wanted to start Nathan on a transplant evaluation. He followed that up with the comment that Nathan might have cancer. We were nearly done with the testing required to go on the transplant list when the clinic called to confirm that he does have cancer.”
