Welcome to version 2 of OG13’s charity figure drive. This year, we will be donating all profits to a single OGer in need, who will be revealed at the end of this endeavour. 100% of the figures, accessories, casting, molds, paint, labels, money, and time came directly from our charity crew. This was 100% OGer funded and driven!

Sales Info:

  1. Limit ONE figure per person/household.
  2. Cost will be $30.00 for the figure, which INCLUDES US shipping (International Shipping will be the extra, ACTUAL cost of shipping)
  3. Send your Payment via Paypal Friends/Family to OG13business@gmail.com
    – if you select Paypal Goods, the price is $32.00
  4. Orders will start shipping the week of March 23rd.
  5. Orders can be delivered in person at JoeCon at the SAME $30.00 cost. There is no discount for personal delivery.
    – We encourage Convention delivery, so that all of the $30 goes to the recipient, not $30.00 minus shipping costs!
  6. 40 figures will initially be sold, with OTHER plans in store for the other 10.

From the breath-taking workbench of Dravenheart…

Following Haunt, I was asked to fix up a Spawn. I knew this day was inevitable, but thankfully it was requested without the giant boot. I hate that thing. The design changed here and there as we went along, before finally coming to this. Was actually fun, and I’m looking forward to remaking him again at some point. Making a version with spikes on his lower legs and the chain belt.

The cape held me up initially. I’ve seen a ton of different approaches, and I just wasn’t sure how to go about it. But, then I saw some footage from the old SNes Spawn game, and decided to approach him in the same way. So, I started with the Grim Reaper cape, cut the collar down, and added the collar from Dr Strange. Then, I added sculpt to give it the proper height and look. The body itself was just a repaint with sculpt added to his upper leg and upper arm. Then, I used some toothpicks for the spikes. A simple enough rendition, but still a fun first endeavor into the character.

We have 4 quarterly custom contests set for the year. Participate in 1 or all of them. New format and rules for this year so be ready for anything. Contest starts tomorrow Jan 15th and to kick things off the theme for this 1st Qtr which we call “The Tradition” will be just that, it’s a GI Joe/Cobra Military Service Dress or Service Academy look. So get those clean cut men and women dressed up and make those boots shine. This contest ends on Feb 15th.
